Emma attended dancing lessons from the young age of two and continued to take classes in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, drama, singing, street and contemporary throughout her childhood. She was lucky to have several exciting opportunities over the years, including performing at the London Palladium, an ITV evening special and taking part in national and international competitions.

Emma trained to be a professional dancer at Creative Academy in West London and then went on to complete her degree at Canterbury University, where she was awarded a first-class degree. At the same time, she trained to be a teacher and gained a Professional Certificate in Education, becoming fully qualified in the further education sector with a QTLS. 

In the dance world, Emma is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD) and the British Ballet Organization (bbodance). She is trained to deliver contemporary and ballet syllabus' and enter students for exams. She is level 3 Paediatric First Aid trained.

Emma moved to Salisbury in 2016 and is excited to make Catch classes available here too. She is very happy to call this lovely city home for herself and her family (Alan, Sebastian and Alfred)
